The discussion about property issues in Poland appear on several headlines recently. Due to the way they are portrayed, the one may get an impression, that the Poles spend the war sitting comfortably in looted Jewish armchairs, and sipping tea, proud of their new homes taken from Jews. This is further increased by claims that the Jews were held in Polish Concentration Camps, and that the Poles took active part in the destruction of the Jewish community. Is the perspective true?
